An update to the 2022/23 version of the SAVI has been released by UKBB (through UKRLG) . The BridgeStation Asset Valuation Module has now been updated to match the changes specified. The changes include:

- Update to the unit replacement rates - Update to maintenance work costs

Any existing 2022/23 valuation reports will need to be rerun.

Dear BridgeStation Users

We wanted to update BridgeStation subscribers on how we will be handling the Coronavirus response in the coming weeks.

Starting 17th March, we will be working from home, full-time. This is likely to be temporary and is in line with Government advice.
