BridgeStation Asset Valuation Update Released - May 2024 (2023/24)

An update to the 2023/24 version (v1.08) of the SAVI has been released by UKBB (through UKRLG) . The BridgeStation Asset Valuation Module has now been updated to match the changes specified. The changes include:

  • Update to the unit replacement rates
  • Update to maintenance work costs
Any existing 2023/24 valuation reports will need to be rerun.
