BridgeStation Asset Valuation Update Released - June 2019 (2018/19)

An update to the 2018/19 version of the toolkit has been released by HAMFIG (through CIPFA) 10th June 2018. The BridgeStation Asset Valuation Module has now been updated to match the changes specified. The changes include:
  • Update to the unit replacement rates
  • Update to maintenance work costs
  • Update to traffic delay costs
  • Update to traffic management costs
Any existing 2018/19 valuation reports will need to be rerun.
