BridgeStation Asset Valuation Update - June 2017 (2016/17)

An update to the 2016/17 version of the toolkit has been released by HAMFIG (through CIPFA) 23rd June 2017. The BridgeStation Asset Valuation Module has now been updated to match the changes specified. The changes include:

 

Any existing 2016/17 valuation reports will need to be rerun. Due to the replacement rates decrease there should be a decrease in DRC/GRC figures for all structures when compared to last year. We've been informed that the unit replacement rates have decreased due to negative inflation in some of the construction indices.
