BridgeStation File/Folder Unavailability - June 2017

UPDATE (9:31 PM - 26 Jun 2017): Missing files have been restored from the backups. 

UPDATE (5:38 PM - 23 Jun 2017): The last of the missing files are being restored from the backups. The process is likely to complete over the weekend.

UPDATE (4:12 PM - 22 Jun 2017): File uploads are now re-enabled. Final backups being restored.

UPDATE (2:49 PM - 21 Jun 2017): Storage is now restored and going through integrity checks which will be carried out overnight to ensure the integrity of backups. After that file uploads will be enabled again.

 
BridgeStation experienced a storage device issue at 10 pm 20th June 2017.
 
The storage device is being restored, and whilst this is happening a certain number of files will appear to be unavailable. Additionally, file uploads have been disabled while the restoration process is being completed.
 
The files you upload onto BridgeStation are backed up, and backups will be used to ensure all files and folders are available again. If there are any missing files upon completion of the restoration of the device we will be in contact with you individually with further steps.
