BridgeStation Asset Valuation Update - June 2016

An update to the 2016 version of the toolkit has been released by HAMFIG (through CIPFA) 15th June 2016. The BridgeStation Asset Valuation Module has now been updated to match the changes specified. The changes include:
  • Update to the Gross Replacement Cost (GRC) rates.
  • Update to the Traffic Delay Costs.
Any existing 2015/16 valuation reports will need to be rerun. Due to rate increases there should be an increase in DRC/GRC figures for all structures.
