BridgeStation Asset Valuation Update Released - April 2025 (2024/25)

An update to the 2024/25 version (v1.09) of the SAVI has been released by UKBB (through UKRLG) . The BridgeStation Asset Valuation Module has now been updated to match the changes specified. The changes include:

  • Update to the unit replacement rates
  • Update to maintenance work costs
Any existing 2024/25 valuation reports will need to be rerun.
