Maintenance Management (Workbank) - Work Packaging/Programming and Forward Work Plans

BridgeStation Knowledge Base > BridgeStation Web Edition > Modules

You can use the Maintenance Management module to package together work items into packages of work. These work packages then make up your Forward Work Plan.

Click on Actions > Planning & Maintenance > Maintenance Management (Workbank) 
 
 
Click on the Work Packaging & Programming tab
 
 
Click the Create New Work Package button. Then complete the Title, Notes, Budget type and Status then click the Create New Package button.
 
 
Next click Add an Existing Maintenance/Defect button to add a defect to the package.
 
 
This will display a dialog where you can check defect you need to add to the package and the click the Add to.. button.
 
 
To edit the package's programme click on the Package Programme tab. From here you can add costs for Feasibility, Initial Design, Detail Design, Tender, Implementation Items. Complete the Financial year and Costs
