Structure Details - Archiving a Structure

BridgeStation Knowledge Base > BridgeStation Web Edition > Structures
BridgeStation doesn't offer the option to completely delete or remove a structure, but you can archive a structure so that it no longer appears on the Structure Search or in any reports.
 
To do this, first Open the Structure and then click on the Details menu item.
 
 
If you have the appropriate permissions the Archive Structure button will be available to you at the top of the page. Click on this to archive the structure.
 
 
You can still search for structures on the archive via Open Structure. When carrying out a search make sure to check the Include Archive Structures checkbox.
 
 
If you have an archived structure you wish to bring back, you can do this via Structure Details as well.
 
 
Click the Unarchive Structure button to return the record.
