To see a list of sub-standard structures, first click on Structural Reviews, Assessments & Sub-Standard Structures under Planning & Maintenance on the Actions menu.
 
 
Next click on Sub-Standard Structure List.
 
 
The list of sub-standard structures, based on the following conditions:
1) Latest Structure Condition Index (BCI) is < 65
2) Expansion Joint Element defect severity is >=4
3) Current Load Capacity is <40t
