Asset Valuation (WGA/L Pack Return)

BridgeStation Knowledge Base > BridgeStation Web Edition > Modules
To produce an Asset Valuation Report, first click the Asset Valuation (WGA/L Pack Return) menu item under the Reports menu item.
 
 
To develop a new report select your authority, then click the Develop New Valuation Report button.
 
 
BridgeStation will process the valuation report and display the results. Reports are displayed in the grid below and can be opened using the View Report link.
 
 
The reports produced include; GRC, DRC, Accumulated Depreciation and Annual Depreciation figures.
