Reports - Data Gap Report

 

Click the Data Gap Report link in the Actions menu to use the module.

 

 

This will send you to the Data Gap Report Summary tab.

 

 

Here you can view the summarised statistics for each owner within your authority.

 

 

Click the Basic Data tab to view the Data Gap Report for data that are classified as 'Basic'.

 

 

This will display a data grid where you can firstly view any data gaps, but secondly some fields can actually be edited directly from within the grid. The cells with a grey font can not be edited, but the non-grey cells can be clicked on and an edit made.

 

 

To commit your changes click the Save Changes link just above the grid

 

 

or click the alternative link in the bottom right corner of the grid.
