There are two search facilities available for structure files. One to let you search a particular structure's folders, another that lets you search across all structure's.

To search the files (documents, photos and drawings) attached to a particular structure, first open the structure record you are interested in, then click the Structure Files Search tab.



The alternative to this is to click the File search action menu item.



In both cases you will be presented with a search results grid. Use the header filters to add filter terms, these could be dates, numerals or non-numeric characters. You may also combine filters together to further narrow the results.



To export your results grid, use the two export buttons just above the grid.
