Reports - Reports Builder - clearing, reloading, saving, locking and deleting a report design

Use the reports design page to either overwrite your existing report or save the design as a new report. Other options include reloading the saved report design, clearing the report design and locking the design so others cannot edit it.
First open up an existing report. Whilst on the report design page you will be presented with four or five buttons depending on your permissions:
 

	Use the Clear button to remove all the result columns and query conditions from the report design.
	Click Reload to return the report to its previously saved design. This is useful if you have edited your report design but don't want to keep your changes.
	Click Save Report to overwrite the saved report design. Add a name and description to the report to make it easy to locate. Specify it as publicly available if you wish other BridgeStation users to see it.
	Click the Save Report As button to add the report design to the report menu as a new report. This option is useful if you have updated a report design which you want to keep, but you also wish to keep the original design it was based upon.
	If you are happy with your report and you don't want anybody to be able to edit it then you can Lock the report. You will always be able to unlock your own reports if you need to.

To delete a report you must return to the report menu. If you have the appropriate permissions and the report has not been locked by its owner then you can delete the report by clicking the red icon in the Delete Report column.
